MeshCore POTA gateway — firmware drop for browser flash ======================================================= The live flasher is not the old v0.2 folder. It loads one manifest per board from the v1.17.1+ test set: https://getontheair.app/downloads/meshcore-test/build-pota-all-7b99c725/ Heltec_v3_room_server_pota/ heltec_v4_room_server_pota/ heltec_v4_r8_room_server_pota/ Xiao_S3_WIO_room_server_pota/ Each of those folders needs firmware.bin, bootloader.bin, partitions.bin, boot_app0.bin, and manifest.json. The utility page https://getontheair.app/meshcore-pota/ picks the board, then the Install button uses that folder's manifest. When prompted, erase the device. The XIAO image is the SX1262 (WIO) board, not the loose-radio Xiao_S3 pinout. It has no OLED. Status is the serial pota command. ESP32-S3 offsets (Arduino / PlatformIO): 0x0000 bootloader.bin 0x8000 partitions.bin 0xE000 boot_app0.bin 0x10000 firmware.bin boot_app0.bin is required: this partition table has two OTA slots. Without it the browser flasher writes app0 and the chip can still boot the old image in app1. PlatformIO from branch build/pota-all: pio run -e Heltec_v3_room_server_pota -t upload -t monitor pio run -e heltec_v4_room_server_pota -t upload -t monitor pio run -e heltec_v4_r8_room_server_pota -t upload -t monitor pio run -e Xiao_S3_WIO_room_server_pota -t upload -t monitor The rest of that tree (repeaters, companions, sensors) is listed at https://getontheair.app/meshcore-test/ Overlay zip: /downloads/meshcore-pota-gateway.zip Notes: https://getontheair.app/guide/software/meshcore-pota/
