POTA.APP Customization

Works on pota.app and next.pota.app. Some filters (band/mode/ATNO) are built into the new site; POTAPlus still adds QSY, logging, badges, and extra hide-spot controls.

     For OmniRig, the "Port" value is used for radio selection, and can specify "Rig2".

API Key:
     For QRZ.com, QRZ Logbook API — XML (or higher) subscription required. Key is under My Logbook → Settings. INSERT needs BAND, MODE, CALL, QSO_DATE, TIME_ON, and STATION_CALLSIGN; POTAPlus sends those plus SIG_INFO / POTA_REF.
