Odds is the park's history on POTA's own counts: activations as a share of activation attempts (for example, 93% of 94 means 87 of 94 uploaded attempts reached 10 QSOs in one UTC day). Outings that were never uploaded aren't counted, and a handful of attempts says little. It's a record of the past, not a prediction for your trip. Hover a cell for the raw numbers; the CSV export adds attempts and success_pct.
