Open the log once in ADIF Doctor — diagnose, fix 2-fers, split for award sites. From that same close-out, Recap can turn the clean Full ADIF into a shareable PNG (still in your browser). Log utilities is the power-user lane (CSV→ADIF, analytics, Share studio) — not a third upload for a normal park day.

When: every park day — open the Polo/N3FJP/WSJT-X file here first. Stays in your browser.

Close-out order (one ADIF path)

  1. Doctor — open the ADIF once; fix and split for award sites.
  2. Recap (optional) — use Doctor’s Full ADIF for the PNG card.
  3. Utilities — only for CSV→ADIF, analytics, or Share studio.

Leaving the park? Leave-park close-out checklist

Club or group log? Club call in STATION_CALLSIGN, each person in OPERATOR, upload from the club account. Doctor warns when OPERATOR is missing. See the Support Your Parks ops card.

Polo exports two files. POTA export → pota.app (privacy strip; also needed when you hunt a 2-fer). Full → Recap / LoTW / QRZ / N3FJP (has grids). ADIF Doctor explodes 2-fers and stamps a grid — do not invent data in Recap. After pota.app: upload & batch windows.

Summit or portable log to LoTW? Export the SOTA CSV from the SOTA database, convert it in SOTAtoADIF (a free tool by G5JDA that runs in your browser, adds summit locators and writes one file per callsign), then sign it in TQSL with a Station Location that matches that grid. Doctor splits other portable logs by grid for LoTW.

PA QSO Party (Oct 10–11)? Check the log and export Cabrillo with the PA QSO Party log checker. The Oct 18 log deadline has passed, but the checker still works for your records.

NY QSO Party (Oct 17)? Check the log and export Cabrillo with the NY QSO Party log checker. Logs are due Oct 31, 10 PM ET (Nov 1 0200Z). Upload at nyqp.contesting.com.

CQ WW SSB (Oct 24–25)? Logs are due within 48 hours: 2359Z Oct 27 (7:59 PM ET Tue). Submit at cqww.com.
