Name

Lookup uses a cached POTA park record. You can fill everything by hand.

After a lookup, the sheet also shows the park's POTA history: activations out of activation attempts, from POTA's own counts. An attempt that reached 10 QSOs in one UTC day is an activation; outings that were never uploaded aren't counted. It's a record of the past, not a prediction for your trip.
