1) Lookup by POTA Reference (US-first)
Enter 2-3 references (example: US-1234, US-5678). Boundaries are fetched from ArcGIS services using POTA park metadata.
2) Optional manual GeoJSON fallback
Use a GeoJSON FeatureCollection with Polygon or
MultiPolygon features. Park labels can come from
parkId, ref, pota, code, or name.
