Talk to the guide
Every chapter has a Notes & edits box at the bottom. That is the inbox. Nothing you send is public until a human approves it.
What you can send
| Kind | Use it for | What happens if approved |
|---|---|---|
| Comment | Field experience, “this menu moved in firmware X” | Shows under that page |
| Correction | A fact that is wrong today | Shows as a correction; source markdown is still edited by hand |
| Inclusion | A missing radio, program, or trick | Queued as a request for a new section |
| Proposed edit | Paste replacement markdown for that page | Stays in the moderator queue with the patch. It does not overwrite the live chapter automatically |
Callsign or name is optional. Keep Part 97 in mind: this is a website, not an on-air advertisement.
Do not paste other people’s screenshots or manuals. Diagrams and templates here are original; 4WAVE photos are ours; official manuals stay as links.
What does not go live unreviewed
Live pages are generated from docs/ markdown. The queue cannot write those files. An approved comment is the only thing readers see without a rebuild. An approved draft is a sticky note for the editor: copy it into the source, then rebuild.
If you are reporting a safety or rules change, say so in the first line. Official program sites still win. Write original sentences — we will not paste manuals, FAQs, or other people’s guides into the tree.

Notes & edits
Comments and proposed markdown sit in a queue. Nothing is public until it is reviewed. How this works.
